Levels of Compassionate Care
You and your family recognize the value of receiving care in a loving home, and so do we. To ensure your senior receives the assistance needed, we offer three levels of care. Each level of care is designed to match your loved one’s needs and keep them feeling safe and independent in their home.
Non-medical in home care that keeps our clients active and engaged, and can include the following services:
- Meal preparation
Many of our caregivers make regular visitations to our clients for a few hours to lend a helping hand and a friendly ear.
We assist our patients during recovery and recuperation from illness, injury, and surgery. Convalescent care can include:
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech therapy
- Postoperative care
- Wound care
- IV Treatment
Generally, convalescent care is short-term and lasts as long as is needed for your loved one’s health to return.
For patients that have long-term conditions, we can provide in home care to alleviate discomfort and improve their quality of life. Services include assistance for the following chronic illnesses:
- Memory Loss
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s
- Multiple Sclerosis
Our caregivers can provide assistance for as long as necessary and will be with you every step of the way.
Receive In Home Care When It’s Needed Most
Everyone’s situation is different. Your family might require more than one level of in home care, and the level of assistance required can increase over time. We understand plans change. Both you and your loved one deserve a compassionate in home care plan that is tailored to your family’s needs. Our services are available 24/7, and each plan is customized based on the care required.
We’ll work with you to help your loved one live a happy, active life in the home they love. Our Registered Nurses will help prepare and maintain a plan of care in conjunction with your physician’s orders and medical needs. Our goal is to provide you with flexible home care services and deliver a customized in home care solution.
Customizable Health Care Service Hours
We offer flexible scheduling and can be with your loved one for a few hours a week or every day as a daytime companion. Whatever level of care service your family requires, we will work with you to create a plan that matches your needs and budget.
The need for in home care doesn’t always occur between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Rest easy knowing that our caregivers are with your loved one night and day. A live-in caregiver provides one-on-one senior support, ensuring your senior has assistance to prevent the risk of falling, injury, or wandering.
In home care can come in many different forms. Based on your needs, we can create a plan which bundles different services. For example, you could have a live-in caregiver, but also receive in home occupational therapy.
We are dedicated to helping you receive the in home care that’s right for you and your family. To find out how we can accommodate your in home care needs, contact us today.
