Mirella Salem - President
Ms. Salem is the visionary founder and President of Accessible Healthcare. Prior to establishing the Accessible Home Health Care organizatin, she had extensive experience in the insurance industry and in the administration of International health care policies.
In 2001, she had multiple unsatisfactory experiences in finding a reliable home health provider for her mother. This led to her convincing her employer to support her in establishing a home health care organization with the goals of properly matching a caregiver to the patient needs and then delivering dependable service from the heart.
In the past 10 years she has directed the growth of Accessible Home Health from a single office located in Coral Springs, Florida to an operating network of nearly 100 franchises in the U.S., Kenya and India. She has become an expert in Geriatric Care and Home Health and insists on operating standards that exceed requirements and industry norms throughout the Accessible network. Even today, with the growth in responsibility caused by the expansion of the Accessible network, she spends a great deal of her time ensuring all locations conduct their business within the operating framework of “We Guarantee Compassionate Care”.
