As a clinical manager for Accessible she is involved in assessing the needs of patients in our local agency and conducting service evaluation visits. Michelle joined the team and brought her experience in geriatric nursing care to the group. In addition to home care settings, she also has experience caring for seniors in Assisted Living and Long Term Care settings.
