He has over 25 years experience in the Engineering and computer fields and advanced degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Business Administration.
Mr. Salem has been instrumental in designing the proprietary “AccessSyst” Management Program which respectively allows our franchisees to manage the day-to-day operations of their business and transmit store confidential information in a secure offsite location.
He has also authored and supports the proprietary “AccessScan” Communication program which permits one touch scanning and digitally encrypted transmission of documents to the franchisor from the operating locations. This program is 100% HIPPA and Medicare compliant.
